Illegal logging

Implementation of the activities of Wildlife Trade Sub-Group foreseen under EPPA will contribute to strengthening of regional cooperation for combating illegal logging and related trade.

Compliance checking

The objective of this component is to provide ad hoc independent reviews of selected draft legislation and evaluating the extent to which the acts comply with corresponding EU environmental acquis.

The overall objective of this component is to build and strengthen civil society active in the environment and area in EPPA beneficiary countries through institutional strengthening and information exchange on the EU environmental policy and developments in the enlargement policies.
